We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to support and mentor new clinical staff while delivering high-quality, compassionate home health care. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary preceptor for new nursing staff, providing orientation, mentorship, guidance, and clinical education

  • Support initiatives to improve quality of care, service delivery, staff performance, and departmental processes

  • Conduct patient assessments and skilled nursing visits in accordance with physician orders and established care plans

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on disease management and ongoing care needs

  • Deliver courteous, accurate, and timely care to ensure an excellent patient experience

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday

  • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Territory

  • Travel required within Monroe, Pike, and Wayne Counties
