Urgent Care Physician – No Nights, Weekends, Holidays, or Call

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients, establish treatment plans, and provide high-quality clinical care.
Create a welcoming, reassuring, and exceptional patient experience.
Lead by example and promote a patient-first culture throughout the clinic.
Collaborate with therapists, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and ensure appropriate case closure.
Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, safety, quality, continuous improvement, and recognition.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with center clients and payers.
Promote and exemplify organizational values and standards among clinic colleagues.
Support a positive team environment focused on exceptional patient care and service.
