As a Physician Clinic Medical Director, you’ll oversee day-to-day clinic operations, support a multidisciplinary team, and help drive a high-quality patient experience.

This role offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities, along with opportunities for professional growth, continuing education, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and lead by example in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

• Oversee healthcare management and ensure effective day-to-day execution of the clinical model.

• Collaborate with therapists, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal clinical outcomes and timely case closure.

• Lead and support physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and clinical support staff in accordance with applicable supervisory requirements.

• Build and maintain a professional, collaborative, and positive clinic environment.

• Partner with clinic and organizational leaders to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinic clients and payers.

• Collaborate with clinic leadership to effectively manage clinical and support staffing levels.

• Promote company values and foster a culture centered on collaboration, professionalism, safety, quality care, and continuous improvement.

• Encourage recognition and engagement among clinic colleagues.

• Contribute to clinic budgeting and key business metrics while maintaining financial awareness.

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• No nights

• No weekends

• No on-call
